Introduction

After gaining independence, the country pays great attention to the training of qualified specialists. The training of highly qualified specialists is directly related to the strengthening of the material, technical and information base of educational institutions, the creation of high-quality textbooks, teaching aids, electronic textbooks and lecture notes, and the creation of electronic libraries. Wide access to modern knowledge, effective use of new information technologies in improving the education system has become a requirement of today.

According to the “Mentor-student” system in priority areas of science (mathematics, chemistry, biology, physics, native language and literature, foreign languages, psychology, primary education), it is emphasized that measures will be taken to expand cooperation between employees of the public education system and professorial teaching staff of higher educational institutions.

Modern specialists, regardless of their field of activity, have a wide range of knowledge in the field of computer science, sufficient skills in working with modern computing, information and communication systems, office equipment, mass media and their use, and should also include the basics of new information technologies and technology, knowledge about its future development.

In many tasks, it is important to improve management processes, introduce information systems, and train specialists to work on computers.

As a result of the rapid development of information and communication technologies, the term "media" has appeared. The term "media" comes from the Latin (media, medium) and means a conductor, an intermediary. The term "media" was first used in the twentieth century to refer to the means of forming mass culture. ICT motivates and engages students. The media helps prepare students for their future careers.

Currently, work management is carried out with the help of computers, technologies, programs and devices that students use with pleasure. Media is the educational tool of the 21st century. ICTs open up new opportunities for learning and teaching. Media competence allows teachers to develop new ways of teaching, apply new approaches, implement ideas and develop new skills in their professional development.

Allows intelligent use of media resources. ICTs save time and money by intelligently managing and controlling the learning process. ICTs reduce lesson preparation and make the learning process more interesting and entertaining for students.

The integration of media into the educational process creates new opportunities and new challenges for teachers.

Web technologies and interactive learning today. Advances in ICT that enable animation, simulation, and so on are important in making chemistry easier to understand. We need to use open information online from Internet resources. Students should be shown graphics and allowed to see the structure of molecules in three dimensions. Simulation provides the perfect setting for complex situations and allows you to change the image and some of the response parameters using software.

Frequently used programs for creating animation, drawing and creating websites: FLASH, FreeHand, Dreamweaver and (Fireworks).

The Java programming language is used to create Java applets with interactive features.

Professional Development of Teachers-Information and Communication Technology Media competence creates great opportunities for the professional development of teachers.

• Create reusable learning materials (save time).

• Online exchange between teachers.

• Students can apply for study materials at any time. Preparing multimedia materials that make the content understandable.

• Mark attendance and growth of participants.

• To provide a learning system without effort.

The main benefits for educators are efficient management, storage and management of student work, as well as time savings. Saving time allows you to better prepare for classes. Using media resources, teachers have the opportunity not only to update their knowledge, but also to increase the level of their theoretical knowledge.

In a word, education is the key to future success, being its product, today's future teacher, as a member of the future legal democratic society, should be able to fully participate in the life of this society, fully meet the requirements of a modern market economy. In conditions when the flow of information is growing rapidly, when various innovations are rapidly entering our lives, it is necessary to acquire the skills of independent critical thinking, to educate a person who is always ready to learn new things, not afraid of cooperation, free communication - this should be the main goal of the process, and in In this regard, the introduction of new technologies in education is the right step towards achieving this goal. It is necessary to create the necessary conditions for students to work on themselves, to learn how to organize the educational process based on media educational technologies and interactive methods. These conditions require the work of knowledgeable, dedicated teachers who know the secrets of their profession. The media competence of future science teachers in the system of continuous education "Interactive Methods" in teaching "Computer Science", "Information Technology" can be achieved when the goal is achieved.
